“We will be offering lots of fun fall activities. My favorite part is the pumpkin chucking, where we launch mini pumpkins on the park district’s Ed Rudolph Velodrome field, adjacent to Meadowhill Park. It is such a simple yet fun event that all ages enjoy!” she said. “Another exciting activity is riding the horse trolley through the neighborhood, which everyone also really enjoys.”
The event’s presenting sponsor is Northbrook Bank and Trust.
The specialty sponsors are RISE Therapy, Sport Clips Northbrook, Bond Orthodontics and Culver’s of Northbrook, and the silver-level sponsors are Kona Ice, Health Clarified, Huntington National Bank and Russian School of Mathematics.
Autumnfest takes place 1-5pm on October 4 at Meadowhill Park, 1479 Maple Avenue in Northbrook.
