Northbrook Park District Director of Finance and Technology Mike Tokar said the park district is extremely pleased to have received the award for the 2023 PAFR.

“This year’s Popular Annual Financial Report reaffirms our commitment to making financial information both accessible and meaningful, and highlights our ongoing dedication to transparency, communication and sound fiscal management,” Tokar said.

The information contained in the 2024 PAFR was primarily gathered from the Northbrook Park District’s annual budget for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2024, and the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) audited by the firm Lauterbach and Amen, LLP.
