"We will be offering lots of fun fall activities. My favorite part is the pumpkin chucking, where we launch mini pumpkins on the park district’s Ed Rudolph Velodrome field, adjacent to Meadowhill Park," Nancy Eschker, recreation manager of the Northbrook Park District. "It is such a simple yet fun event that all ages enjoy."
The event's presenting sponsor is Northbrook Bank and Trust. The specialty sponsors are RISE Therapy, Sport Clips Northbrook, Bond Orthodontics and Culver’s of Northbrook, and the silver-level sponsors are Kona Ice, Health Clarified, Huntington National Bank and Russian School of Mathematics.
