NorthShore 770 Breaks Ground Wednesday
The mixed-use development will house a Mariano's, several restaurants and a luxury apartment building.

A groundbreaking for Northbrook’s new mixed-use development, NorthShore 770, is scheduled for Wednesday.
Once completed, the project will house a Mariano’s grocery store; several restaurants, including Fuddrucker’s, Panera Bread and Chipotle; and nearly 350 high-end apartments. The development is being built at the corner of Skokie Boulevard and Dundee Road.
The retail parts of the development are scheduled to open in the spring and the apartments next fall.
