NorthShore 770 Construction Could Begin Next Month
The massive development will be the second biggest in Northbrook, after Northbrook Court.
Construction on the 613,000-square-foot NorthShore 700 multi-use development at Dundee Road and Skokie Boulevard will begin between mid-June and early July, the developer says, according to an article in the Northbrook Star.
The development, which will house stores, restaurants and a rental residential building will be the second largest in Northbrook, dwarfed only by Northbrook Court, the article states.
In addition to a 71,000-square-foot Mariano’s grocery store, the development will house four new restaurants: Fuddruckers, which is moving from Highland Park, Noodles & Company, Panera and Chipotle.
