Snow Parking Ban In Effect In Northbrook: Police

NORTHBROOK, IL — With Saturday's ongoing storm, a parking ban has become active in the village. According to Northbrook police, the ban went into effect at 11:17 a.m., which cars parked on the street may result in a ticket or tow.
Police are asking residents to remove vehicles from public streets so public works crews can "safely and efficiently" clear the roads.
"Thank you for doing your part to help keep Northbrook safe, accessible, and moving smoothly during winter weather," Northbrook police said in a social media post. "We'll share another update once the ban is lifted."
