Several North Side restaurants recently earned a nod from the prestigious food judges at Michelin.

The company describes the Bib Gourmand designation as good cuisine at a reasonable price—meaning two courses and a glass of wine or a dessert for less than $40. Affordably priced, these restaurants are often the most valuable to a city's residents, its website notes.

There are 64 Chicago restaurants on the list of Bib Gourmands for 2013, according to a Chicago Tribune report. And North Siders, rejoice—there's no shortage of affordable, delicious dining options in your back yard.
