Gold Stein Beer Competition
Beer guzzlers, this is the event for you.Â
For $40, hops lovers can sample 16 different beers from neighborhood home brewers in next-door Lincoln Square. Categories are brown ale, IPA, Hefeweizen and Stout with the winners taking home a gold stein.Â
Along with the brews, Cheff Ross Outten from Dolce Casa Cafe will be serving appetizers to complement each tasting.Â

Brew Camp will also be on hand for a beer-making demonstration.Â
The competition and after party runs from 4 to 9 p.m. at Dolce Casa, 4947 N. Damen Ave.Â

Tickets can be purchased at dolcecasachicago.com and proceeds will be spent to improve Winnemac Park.Â
