PHOTOS: Former TV Anchor's Roscoe Village Home Up for Sale

The former Ch. 32 news anchor's home is up for sale in Roscoe Village, and the asking price just dropped more than $20,000.

Want to live like a Chicago celebrity, or like a former Chicago news anchor, at least?

Jan Jeffcoat, former news anchor for WFLD-32, recently lowered the price on her Roscoe Village home to $775,000. The three-bedroom home has been listed on Trulia for 78 days and was formerly listed for $799,900.

Jeffocat left her Ch. 32 position after five years this July to host the news entertainment show "The List" in Phoenix, according to the Chicago Tribune.

The home, sitting at 3117 North Hoyne Avenue, features a cascading slate waterfall, birch floors, concrete counters and indoor hot tub, among other amenities. The two story house was built in 1999.
