Police Catch Suspected Flasher at Sulzer Library
A 62-year-old man was arrested for exposing himself at the library, 4455 N. Lincoln Ave.
For the second time this summer, police arrested a man for public indecency at Sulzer Regional Library.
At about 2:30 p.m. July 29, officers responded to accounts of a man exposing himself at the building, according to a police report.
Officers charged Alan Snipes, 62, of the 600 block of W. Fullerton Ave., with one count of public indecency.

The Lincoln Park man was released on a $1,500 bond. A criminal investigation is still ongoing.
