ARREST WARRANTS: Wanted in Oak Forest

Judith A. Blakely, 60, is wanted for delivery or possession with intent to deliver. Her last known address is in the 16100 block of S. Cicero Avenue. No bond was set.

Anita Bottoms, 34, is wanted for possession of a controlled substance. Her last known address is in the 4800 block of 157th Street. No Bond was set.

Gene J. Duffus, 34, is wanted for driving on a suspended or revoked driver's license. His last known address is in the 16000 block of S. Laramie Street. Bond was set at $250,000.

Larry Frank, 51, is wanted for driving under the influence of alcohol. His last known address is in the 14700 block of Central Avenue. Bond was set at $5,000.

Omar S. Qahhaar, 25, is wanted for driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license. His last know address is in the 15300 block of S. Kilpatrick Avenue. Bond was set at $50,000.
