Back To School: Your Bremen HS District 228 2023-24 School Calendar

OAK FOREST, IL — Back-to-school planning is in its final steps in Bremen District 228, with calendars available to help parents prepare their children for a smooth transition into the new school year.

The first day of school for District 228 freshmen at Tinley Park, Oak Forest, Bremen, and Hillcrest high schools is Aug. 18. All other D228 students start Aug. 21.

Heading into the upcoming school year, some dates are subject to change. We also suggest that you check the District 228 calendar for late starts, early dismissals, exams, open houses, parent-teacher conferences, athletic and school events. Here is the list of dates to know for this school year:
