Bremen High School Calendar 2017-18: First Day Of School, Vacations, Conferences

The first day of school in Bremen is August 22. For freshmen, it is August 21. Feel free to mark those dates on your calendar as one of the most dreaded days of the year for students and teachers — and feel free not to feel guilty about marking it as one of your favorites. The Bremen High School District has released its 2017-2018 calendar for public schools.

The calendar includes important dates such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays, early dismissals and parent-teacher conferences.

• 10/9: No School (Columbus Day)
• 10/18: No School for Students (School Improvement Day)
• 10/20: End of Grading Period

November

• 11/22: No School for Students (School Improvement Day)
• 11/23 - 11/24: No School (Thanksgiving)

December

• 12/22: No School for Students (School Improvement Day), End of Grading Period
• 12/25 - 12/29: No School (Winter Break)

January

• 1/1 - 1/5: No School (Winter Break)
• 1/15: No School (M.L. King's Birthday)
• 1/24: No School for Students (School Improvement Day)

February

• 2/8: No School for Students (P/T Conferences)
• 2/9: No School for Students (Institutes)
