"My goals were to especially work on my forehands, and I feel like I achieved them," said Camila Sales.
Athletes also commented on their appreciation for items outside of the games themselves. For example, the bus rides, team talks, and having the opportunity to simply "play with friends."
"I feel like my friends made it fun, especially making new connections," said Maless.
It was also a year of learning for the Braves.
"I learned so much because I got to play with people older than me this year," said Sales.
Senior athletes include Dymond Walker, Denise Guerrero, Sarahy Lopez, Yessenia Zarate, and Alexandra Mattson.
Younger teammates who will continue to play for the Braves in future seasons include:
- Mayra Flores, 2024
- Brooke Gluszek, 2025
- Katyanne Master, 2023
- Paola Perez, 2024
