District 146 partners with more than 40 local organizations to offer health and wellness resources to community members

District 146 is hosting its first Community Wellness Fair on Saturday, March 2. All community members are invited to attend the fair free of charge.

9:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
Central Middle School
18146 Oak Park Ave., Tinley Park
Attendees will be able to select four different breakout sessions to be a part of, with more than 20 presentations to choose from. In addition, more than 40 community organizations will be in attendance to share resources and information as part of the Vendor Fair.

Breakout Session topics include self-care, social anxiety and depression, and keeping children safe online. In addition to presentations specifically for adults, there are special movement and sports sessions for children. Adults and children can both attend sessions on meditation, self-defense, and music therapy. Love on a Leash therapy dogs will also be in attendance to visit with attendees!
Preregistration is strongly recommended, as some sessions have participant limits. However, registration will also be available at the door the day of the event. Those who would like translation services are asked to preregister.
