Oak Fest Fireworks Display Set For Friday
Bad weather Wednesday forced the Oak Forest event to reschedule its Fourth of July pyrotechnic display.
OAK FOREST, IL — The fireworks show at Oak Fest has been rescheduled after rain put a damper on Wednesday's display. The new date for fireworks is 9:30 p.m. Friday, July 6, at 159th and Central.
Oak Fest originally planned to have its fireworks show at 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 4. But bad weather forced the festival to cancel the event.
