The Cook County Department of Emergency Management and Regional Security is partnering with the squad to conduct a training at the former Oak Forest Hospital campus near Cicero Avenue and 159th Street.

The training is scheduled to take place Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. both indoors and outdoors on the campus. Officials said officers will be using inert explosive devices that will sound similar to a flash-bang.
