Home Buyers Seminar Opens Doors to Affordable Homeownership

Attendees left inspired and empowered to take their next steps into homeownership.

The Holup-Niewinski Group of HomeSmart Realty is excited to celebrate the overwhelming success of their Home Buyers Seminar, held on January 18 in Palos Heights. The event welcomed an enthusiastic group of attendees eager to learn how homeownership is possible with as little as $1,000 to $5,000 out of pocket. Guests also discovered how they could relieve up to $40,000 in student loan debt through innovative home buying programs—all while enjoying a complimentary lunch in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

“We wanted this seminar to be more than just educational—we wanted it to be an experience,” said Amber Holup, Team Leader of The Holup-Niewinski Group. “With so much negativity around affordability, we’re thrilled to show people how homeownership is not only possible but can truly transform their lives.”

A Team That Makes a Difference

The event’s success was a result of the combined efforts of an incredible team of industry professionals who shared their expertise and passion for helping people achieve their dreams:

Lunch, Learning, and Life-Changing Information

While soaking up valuable tips and actionable advice, guests were treated to a delicious free lunch, making the seminar both informative and enjoyable. “We wanted to make sure everyone felt comfortable and had the opportunity to ask questions while building connections with the team and fellow attendees,” said Eric Niewinski.

Real-Life Inspiration

One of the seminar’s highlights was the inspiring story of Molly and Mike, a couple who once thought homeownership was years away due to $40,000 in student loan debt. Thanks to the guidance of The Holup-Niewinski Group, they achieved their dream of purchasing a $350,000 home with just $5,500 upfront—and had their student loan debt wiped clean in the process.
“It’s success stories like Molly and Mike’s that keep us going,” Amber shared. “Seeing people walk away with hope and a clear plan makes everything we do worthwhile.”
