Man Caught 'Snorting Cocaine' In Oak Forest Holding Cell: Police
A 59-year-old Chicago man was found with a gun in his pants leg while paramedics were treating him Saturday, police said.
OAK FOREST, IL — A 59-year-old man was caught using cocaine in a holding cell at the Oak Forest Police Department Saturday, police said.
According to officials, Frederick Moore was arrested Jan. 29 in the 15100 block of Oak Park Avenue after police said paramedics found a loaded pistol in his pants leg while helping him through a "medical episode." Police did not immediately respond to questions on the nature of the episode.
After he was seen by paramedics, Moore was taken to Oak Forest Police Department at 155440 South Central Avenue. There, he was found "snorting cocaine in his holding cell," according to a statement from police.

Moore, of Chicago, is facing charges of unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a controlled substance.
