"When we came together as a group, we had a common goal, to improve relations among the Board of Education, teachers, students and community. We are confident we will be able to strengthen our schools by increasing transparency within our board of education and removing barriers that exist among administration, teachers and district families. We have a long road ahead and are eager to get started creating a school environment filled with pride and mutual respect among our entire District 145 community."
The district is made up of four elementary schools: Kimberly Heights School in Tinley Park; Arbor Elementary School, Scarlet Oak School and Arbor Park Middle School (all of which are in Oak Forest).
