No Injuries, House Uninhabitable After Oak Forest Fire: Officials
The fire happened Saturday night in the 14900 block of Park Avenue, officials said.
OAK FOREST, IL — A family is displaced following a house fire in Oak Forest Saturday night, Oak Forest officials said Monday.
The Oak Forest Fire Department was called to a fire in the 14900 block of Park Ave. Saturday night. The residents were not home at the time No injuries were reported.
Initial signs indicate that the fire started in the laundry room, officials said, and was mostly contained there. The second and third floors of the home sustained smoke damage.
