Oak Forest Citywide Garage Sale Held Friday And Saturday

OAK FOREST, IL — Did you overdo it when you Marie Kondo'd your place? Make someone else's trash your treasure at Oak Forest's citywide garage sale.

The ever-popular garage sale will be held from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Fri., May 31 and Sat., June 1.

Still looking to get rid of things? Goodwill Industries will have trucks available in two locations Saturday to accept donations of your unsold sale items, or for anything else you would like to donate.

Trucks will be stationed 12 to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday at the Oak Forest City Hall Campus at 15440 S. Central Avenue, and at Arbor Middle School Parking Lot at 17303 S. Central Avenue.
Donations of clothing, toys, small household items and furniture will be accepted. Tax receipts will be provided.
