Oak Forest Commission Seeks New Senior Citizen Volunteers
A local senior citizen group needs volunteers to help facilitate various community events and initiatives.

OAK FOREST, IL -- A local senior citizen group needs volunteers to help facilitate various community events and initiatives.
The Oak Forest Senior Commission convenes at 1 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month in City Hall, 15440 Central Ave. Group members are hoping that more seniors are able and willing to join the organization, which spearheads events such as the annual Health Fair at the Oak Forest Park District, and monthly senior lunches at the Oak Forest Community Center.
