Reckless Homicide, DUI Charges After Pedestrian Fatally Hit In Oak Forest: PD
Clayton Prysny, 49, has been charged in connection with a fatal crash with a car and pedestrian Thursday, June 5, police said Tuesday.

OAK FOREST, IL — An Oak Forest man has been arrested after hitting and killing a pedestrian at 150th and Cicero last week, police said Tuesday.
Just before 2 a.m. June 5, a driver of a 2016 Nissan was southbound on Cicero Avenue, when he struck a 57-year-old man who was walking northbound in the southbound lanes, police said Tuesday.
The victim was taken to South Suburban Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Police interviewed the driver—identified as Clayton Prysny, 49—at the scene and administered standard field sobriety tests, to which Prysny "unsatisfactorily performed," police said. He was taken to the Oak Forest Police Department, where he was offered additional sobriety testing, but refused.
Prysny was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless homicide. He remains detained with the Cook County Department of Corrections. His court date is set for June 27 at 9:30 a.m. at Bridgeview Courthouse.

The identity of the 57-year-old victim continues to be withheld pending notification of the family.
