Share: Show Us the Snow!

The ground covered in a thick blanket of fresh, white powder, and nearly every school in Oak Forest closed for the day, youngsters—and the young at heart—hit the local sledding hills to have a little fun March 5.

Patch went to El Morro Park, where approximately 45 residents and their children, were slipping and sliding down the big hill. Children of all ages were on the hill, riding tubes, snowboards, sleds and sometimes going down without any aid at all.
