Woman Slaps Man after Comment about Weight

A Crestwood woman slapped a man in the face outside of TJ's Bar in Midlothian Jan. 19. The woman said the man made a comment about her weight, which led to her 'lightly' slapping him.

Never ask a woman about her weight, as one Crestwood woman proved Jan. 19, outside of Midlothian establishment TJ's Bar, 4025 W. 147th Street.

Nicholle D. Alexander, 32, of the 13500 block of S. Lawler Avenue, slapped an acquaintance in the face in TJ's parking lot after the man asked her if she was 'putting on some weight,' according to Midlothian police reports. Alexander was charged with disorderly conduct.

The victim told officers it wasn't the first time Alexander slapped him and that he warned her after the previous incident that if she did it again, he would call the police, according to the report.

After the victim offered a statement, officers located Alexander at Coaches Bar, 14650 Waverly Avenue. While speaking with officers, Alexander told police she did slap the victim lightly in the face after the remark.

Alexander was issued a citation for disorderly conduct and given a court date of March 4, at the Midlothian Council Chambers.
