3 Candidates Vie For 4 Open Spots On Oak Lawn-Hometown Dist. 123 Board
Three candidates have filed to run for four open seats on the Oak Lawn-Hometown Dist. 123 school board in the April 2025 election.

OAK LAWN, IL — The consolidated election on April 1, 2025 will feature several local races, including the school board race for the Oak Lawn-Hometown Dist. 123. The last day to file petitions for the April election was Nov. 18, so the Cook County Clerk has released an unofficial list of candidates for school board races.
Only three candidates have filed to run for four open board seats. The candidates are all incumbents, including current D123 board president Brian Nichols, Peter DeRousse and Carly Bishop. Each seat is for four years.
