32 Oak Lawn Seniors Designated Illinois State Scholars

OAK LAWN, IL — Thirty-two students from the Oak Lawn Community High School graduating class of 2025 have been designated as Illinois State Scholars.

The Illinois Student Assistance Commission, the state’s college access and financial aid agency, confers this important recognition of academic achievement to exceptional Illinois high school students annually. This year, more than 16,500 honorees join the other outstanding students who have been honored since the designation was first introduced in 1958.

“I am very proud of our Spartan seniors who were named Illinois State Scholars, and I look forward to celebrating them this spring,” OLCHS principal Dr. Lauren May said. “Their academic achievements are a testament to their hard work and dedication.”

The following students were named 2025-26 Illinois State Scholars: Isabel Abarca, Hamzah Abdeljaber, Bisan Aldeek, Aiden Bizzieri, Kaitlyn Casey, Kailey Dykema, Alessandra Gabriel, Gabriel Gaidelis, Charlotte Gallian, Jessica Komperda, Tristian Kramarz, Madyson Lane, Shane Muclcahy, Mostafa Odeh, Rihana Osmani, Sara Parquette, Shawn Perry, Delaney Phillips, Camila Ramirez, Manuel Rangel, Karla Romero, Heidi Solisero, Kyle Rzepka, Jayla S P Cuntapay, Xavier Salinas, Kamil Schab, Margaret Sheehan, Heidi Solis, Patricia Stasinski, Micheal Swan, Dylan Walsh, and Hailey Wierzgac.
