Easter Festivities Galore at the Oak Lawn Park District

If your kids are getting antsy about Easter, the Oak Lawn Park District has more to offer than they’ll know what to do with.

Through the end of the month, the Easter Bunny will be making some special appearances at several Easter themed events.

Here’s a list of them:

• Easter Egg Hunt (Kids ages 0 to 8): Saturday, March 23 at 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Stony Creek Golf Course, 5850 W. 103^rd Street. Must register by March 22 by calling Todd Mallo at 708-857-2200. $4 for residents, $8 for non-residents.
• Skate with the Easter Bunny: Sunday, March 24 at the Oak Lawn Park District Ice Arena, 9320 S Kenton Ave. Raffles are available and music will be provided. $6 for admission, $3 for skate rental.
• Eggcellent Open Gym: Saturday, March 30 at the Racquet, Fitness and Gymnastics Center, 10444 S. Central. Special activities and snacks will be provided for kids. Kids 1-5 are invited to come between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Kids 4-8 are invited to come between 10:15 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. Kids of all ages are invited between the times of 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.
