The varsity cheerleaders from Shepard High School won second place on Saturday at the IHSA Sectional tournament at Hinsdale South High School. The team advanced to the IHSA state finals next weekend as a result. Coached by Shepard graduate Felicia Marr, the Astros earned their highest score ever at a sectional tournament. The team has enjoyed another tremendous season, winning first place in the Co-Ed Division at both the Andrew and Lincoln-Way East invitationals.

Job Description: Help clean and remove odors from personal belongings after fire, smoke, or water damage. This job is careful, detailed cleaning that helps families get their homes and items back to normal. The work is Monday&ndash;Friday at our Alsip, IL office with a mostly women-led team in our contents cleaning room, where items brought to our facility are cleaned and deodorized. Sometimes the team goes to customer homes to clean walls, floors, furniture, and remove odors. If you have experience in housekeeping, hotel cleaning, hospital cleaning, residential cleaning, or maid services &mdash; and you like clean, careful work &mdash; this job is a great fit. Supervisors and cleaning managers from these areas are welcome to apply too.

<ul><li>Live within 20 minutes of Alsip, IL &ndash; local candidates only</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Reliable car to get to work in Alsip every day.</li><li>Good attention to detail &mdash; you notice small things</li><li>Respectful and comfortable working in customers&rsquo; homes</li><li>Able to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods</li><li>Candidates with experience in housekeeping, hotel cleaning, hospital cleaning, residential cleaning, maid services, or upholstery cleaning are encouraged to apply.</li></ul>
Nice-to-Haves (we&rsquo;ll train):
<ul><li>1+ year of professional cleaning experience</li><li>Experience with detailed cleaning (homes, hotels, hospitals, offices)</li><li>Bilingual English / Spanish a plus (not required)</li></ul>
What you&rsquo;ll do:
