Prostitution, Possession of Drug Equipment
Lori C. Sutterlin, 50, of the 6300 block of South St. Louis Avenue in Chicago, was arrested on Aug. 1 in the 9200 block of South Cicero Avenue. Police charged Sutterlin with prostitution, criminal trespassing to a vehicle, possession of drug equipment and resisting/obstructing a peace officer.

On Aug. 1 in the 9200 block of South Cicero Avenue, police arrested 54-year-old Kevin A. Nesbit, of the 1400 block of Martin Street in Madison, Wisconsin. He was charged with criminal trespassing to a vehicle, solicitation of a sexual act, driving with a suspended/revoked license and driving a vehicle with no insurance.

Police arrested Mohd Y. Abualrob, 61, of the 8400 block of South Harlem Avenue in Bridgeview on Aug. 2 in the 4700 block of West 105th Street. He was arrested on two warrants and charged with resisting or obstructing a peace officer, driving without a valid driver's license and operating a vehicle with an expired registration.
Reckless Driving
Mohammad F. Nakhleh, 24, of the 9200 block of South 50th Avenue in Oak Lawn, was arrested on Aug. 2 in the 8700 block of South 50th Avenue and charged with reckless driving.
No Driver's License
Michael L. Christmas, 40, of the 3700 block of South Indiana Avenue in Chicago, was arrested on Aug. 3 in the 6800 block of West 95th Street. Police charged him with failing to yield while turning left, driving without a valid driver's license, operating an uninsured vehicle and operating a vehicle without a valid registration.
On Aug. 2 in the 4700 block of West 91st Street, police arrested 23-year-old Adalberto J. Urbina, of Burbank, and charged him with driving without a valide driver's license and driving without headlights/taillights when required.
Aggravated Assault
Earl L. Brown, 24, of the 5800 block of West 87th Street in Burbank, was arrested on Aug. 2 in the 4700 block of West 87th Street, where he was charged with criminal trespassing to real property and aggravated assault.
Retail Theft
Police arrested Emaid H. Abuobeid, 42, of the 7700 block of South Harlem Avenue in Bridgeview, on Aug. 3 in the 6200 block of West 87th Street. He was charged with retail theft.
Warrant Arrest
Gabriel R. Forgue, 20, of the 2600 block of West 100th Street in Chicago, was arrested on a warrant on Aug. 4 in the 6300 block of West 89th Place.
Earon S. Bevans, of the first block of Olympus Drive in Naperville, was arrested on a warrant on Aug. 4 in the 6600 block of West 91st Street.
Police arrested Gregory W. Olech, 34, of the 16300 block of Siegel Drive in Crest Hill, on a warrant. He was taken into custody on Aug. 3 from the 4100 block of West 97th Street.
On July 28 in the 4700 block of West 95th Street, police arrested 50-year-old William Brown, of the 400 block of East 162nd Street in South Holland, on an active warratn.
Pot Possession, Driving on a Sidewalk, DUI
Johnathen Kent, 27, of the 18200 block of Lawndale Avenue in Homewood, was arrested on July 30 in the 10200 block of South Pulaski Road. Ken was charged with three counts of possession of drug equipment and one count each of driving under the influence of alcohol; possession of less than 2.5 grams of marijuana; disobeying a traffic control signal; making an improper u-turn on a hill or curve; driving on a sidewalk; and making an improper turn.
Driving Under the Influence of Drugs, Alcohol
Police arrested Rodolfo V. Romero, 50, of the 13500 block of South Lamon Avenue in Crestwood, on July 29 in the 9700 block of South Cicero Avenue in Oak Lawn. He was charged with driving under the influece of drugs; driving under the influence of alcohol; aggravated speeding (more than 26 mph but less than 35 mph over the posted limit); driving a vehicle without using headlights/taillights when required; and illegal transport/possession of alcohol by a driver.
Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol
Roberto Navarro, 44, of the 9500 block of South Marion Avenue in Oak Lawn, was arrested on July 23 in the 6000 block of West 95th Street, where he was charged with driving under the influence and driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08. Police also charged Navarro with speeding, improper lane use and making an improper turn.
Suspended/Revoked License
On Aug. 4, police charged 30-year-old Michael M. Burks with driving with a suspended/revoked license and speeding. The Chicago resident was stopped in the 5800 block of West 95th Street.
Jeffrey T. Senese, 25, of the 7700 block of South Harlem Avenue in Bridgeview, was arrested on Aug. 3 in the 6200 block of West 87th Street and charged with driving with a suspended/revoked license; and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration due to not having insurance.
Police arrested Chicago resident Detcie L. Mitchell, 40, on Aug. 3 in the 10000 block of South Cicero Avenue, where she was charged with driving with a suspended/revoked license and speeding.
Laronnie C. Belk, of the 5600 block of West St. James Court in Oak Lawn, was arrested in the 5500 block of West 92nd Street on Aug. 3. The 34-year-old was charged with driving with a suspended/revoked license.
Joey Covington, 22, of the 1400 block of West 110th Street in Chicago, was arrested on Aug. 3 in the 8600 block of South Cicero Avenue in Hometown and charged with driving with a suspended/revoked license and speeding.
Police arrested Leonel A. Castillo, 27, of the 7000 block of West 87th Street in Bridgeview on Aug. 3. He was charged in the 8700 block of South Cicero Avenue with driving with a suspended/revoked license and speeding.
Twenty-Five-Year-Old Frankey Mitchell, of the 900 block of West Webster Avenue in Chicago, was arrested on July 31 in the 5000 block of West 95th Street. Police charged Mitchell with driving with a suspended/revoked driver's license, operating an uninsured vehicle and making an improper turn.
