U.S. Air Force veteran and community-focused insurance advisor bring expertise and passion to Park Lawn.
Oak Lawn, IL — Park Lawn is pleased to announce the appointment of Dominic Bellino and Dan McManigal to its Board of Directors.

Dominic Bellino, President and Founder of ExpressNet Technologies Inc., is a U.S. Air Force veteran and seasoned technology executive with more than 25 years of experience in enterprise networking, VoIP solutions, and IT infrastructure. He has successfully led large-scale technology projects for Fortune 500 companies and previously held senior leadership roles at Verizon Enterprise Solutions, where he managed global VoIP backbone systems and critical network deployments.
Dan McManigal, a Private Client Services Advisor with Southpoint Insurance Agency, brings over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in private client services. A longtime Park Lawn volunteer, Dan has actively supported fundraising initiatives and has dedicated decades of service to nonprofit and community organizations, including the Oak Lawn Elks Club, Frankfort Lions, and Our Lady of the Ridge parish.
“Both Dominic and Dan bring an incredible balance of professional expertise and personal passion for service,” said Maureen Reilly, President of Park Lawn’s Board of Directors. “Their leadership and dedication to community will strengthen our Board and help Park Lawn continue empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.”
