Elkhart Lake, WI – Road America, one of the most iconic road courses in North America, is gearing up for a packed season of motorsports and special events that stretch from high summer into the crisp colors of fall. Whether you’re a lifelong racing fan or making the short drive up from Oak Lawn in search of a fun family weekend, there’s plenty to experience at this legendary track.

WeatherTech Vintage Weekend with Brian Redman – July 17-20, 2025
Kicking off the action in July is the WeatherTech® Vintage Weekend with Brian Redman, one of the biggest vintage racing events in the country. Over 400 historic race cars will take to the track, each with a story to tell and a legacy to share. Beyond the racing, don’t miss the Concours d’Elegance on Friday and Saturday evenings, where Elkhart Lake’s streets come alive with beautifully restored cars on display.

This year’s spotlight is on Historic Formula 1 cars and a rare United States Road Racing Championship (USRRC) invitational, a nod to a golden era of American sports car racing from the 1960s.

Adding something unexpected to the weekend, actor and motorsports enthusiast Adam Carolla will be on-site Thursday evening for a one-night-only comedy show. He’ll also host a special screening of his racing documentary, 24 Hour War, on Saturday night alongside radio personality John Clay Wolfe.

GRIDLIFE Summer Apex – July 25-27, 2025
Just a week later, Road America transforms into something entirely different for GRIDLIFE: Summer Apex, a high-energy mashup of racing, car culture, and live music. This event has become a favorite for a new generation of motorsports fans, combining drifting demos, time attack racing, and festival-style concerts all in one place.

IMSA SportsCar Weekend – July 31 – August 3, 2025
The IMSA SportsCar Championship returns for four days of world-class racing. This is where the top teams and manufacturers—including names like Ferrari, Mercedes, Aston Martin, and Chevrolet—battle it out in high-performance machines that are as beautiful as they are fast. It’s a weekend for anyone who appreciates speed, strategy, and serious competition.

GT World Challenge America – August 15-17, 2025
August continues with the GT World Challenge America, bringing exotic GT3 and GT4 cars to Elkhart Lake. This is more than just a race—it’s a global event, with cars and drivers competing across four continents. You’ll see entries from brands like Lamborghini, McLaren, Porsche, BMW, and more.

In addition to the headline races, the weekend includes GT America powered by AWS, the GR Cup, Pirelli GT4 America, and TC America. With two 90-minute races featuring pit stops and driver swaps, it’s a nonstop show of speed and precision.

Ariens Art on Wheels Vintage Weekend – September 12-14, 2025
Vintage racing returns in September with the Ariens Art on Wheels Weekend presented by the Vintage Sports Car Drivers Association (VSCDA). This laid-back but passionate event brings together over 300 vintage race cars, from sleek European roadsters to American muscle.

One of the best parts? The open paddock, where fans can walk right up to the cars and chat with drivers and mechanics. It’s a great way to experience the history of motorsport up close.

SCCA National Championship Runoffs – October 3-5, 2025
The season wraps with the SCCA National Championship Runoffs, where the best amateur racers in the country compete for national titles. This is grassroots racing at its most intense, with tight competition and high emotions as decades of SCCA tradition culminate in a weekend of pure motorsport spirit.
