Business Owner Donates Meals To Hospital: Oak Park Patch Hero

OAK PARK, IL — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented times. Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these everyday heroes.

What does the nominee do for work?:
He is the owner of CMIT Solutions of Oak Park, Hinsdale and Oak Brook. CMIT Solutions is an IT solutions provider for the small and mid-market business community.

Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?
Chris donated 40 meals to the Rush Oak Park Hospital as a way to show his gratitude towards the medical workers in the community who have been working hard every day to keep everybody safe. He partnered with Starship Restaurant and Catering who delivered the meals to the staff at the hospital earlier this month.

What’s one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?:
Chris is always looking for ways to give back to his community. Over the past few months, he has been working hard to help the Oak Park, Hinsdale and Oak Brook business community with the transition to working from home while making sure all their business data continues to stay safe from hackers.
