Oak Park Police Reports: Theft, Burglary, Disorderly Conduct
Oak Park police reported crimes from July 11 to 12.

The following information is from the Oak Park Police Department.
Someone entered an unlocked car between July 8 and 9 and took a Garmin GPS valued at $300 from the 1200 block of Fair Oaks.
Someone took a $130 Huffy bicycle that was chained to a pole July 10 in the 1100 block of Lake Street.

Someone entered a garage through the open overhead door July 9 and removed a Schwinn bicycle valued at $400 from the 1000 block of Clinton.
A man driving a blue sedan followed a Chicago resident, who was driving a different car, to Oak Park and Division around 11:25 p.m. July 10. The sedan driver got out of his car, opened the driver's side door of the Chicago resident's car and said "What the f*** is going on in here?" The sedan driver then left the area.

Someone entered a Toyota Tundra on July 11 and removed a yellow Bosch air compressor, a lime green Ryobi bag containing an assortment of lime green Ryobi tools, a black bag containing an assortment of hand tools and a black Craftsman power drill. The estimated loss is $500. The car burglary took place in the 100 block of S. Elmwood.
A black 2011 Audi SUV that was reported stolen from Chicago on July 11 was recovered July 12 in the 1400 block of N. Austin.
