River Forest Collegiate Invitational Tennis Set For Sept. 16-17

The River Forest Collegiate Invitational men's tennis tournament is coming Friday & Saturday, Sept. 16 & 17. The host site is the River Forest Tennis Club, 615 Lathrop in River Forest, with the secondary site being the Oak Park Tennis Center at Quick & Bonnie Brae in River Forest.

This is the 12th year the event has been held, and this year's field of teams will include: DePaul, Northern Illinois, Illinois State, UIC, Eastern Illinois, St. Louis University and Washington University. Play begins at 9 a.m. both days with doubles, followed by singles matches all through the afternoon.

Best of all, the event is completely free and open to the public at both sites. It's a great opportunity to see outstanding collegiate tennis played on clay courts. Please come out to watch and enjoy!
