Huynh and Tuyet Tran. “We hope to continue to thrive in a community that appreciates delicious food and authentic cuisine.”
After five successful years in Forest Park, the Trans realized their small family business had naturally outgrown its 1,400 sq. ft. space at 7237 Madison St.

With plans to expand, Saigon Pho & Café executed a long-term lease with David King & Associates, an Oak Park-based commercial real estate firm that represented the building's ownership during the transaction. The 2,650 sq. ft. property on Lake St. will allow the business to grow from 35 seats to 80 seats.
The new spacious location, situated between PapaSpiros Greek Taverna and Lola’s Cantina, will feature the same Saigon Pho & Café menu, along with pre-packaged foods, such as soups and sandwiches, for customers on the run.
In addition to the new “Grab & Go” quick meal option, the Trans hope to obtain their liquor license by their projected opening date to add wine and beer lists to the menu.
Saigon Pho & Café will also roll out its new delivery service to patrons throughout Oak Park, River Forest and Forest Park.
“We would like to give thanks to our loyal customers in Forest Park for keeping us going these past five years,” said Hai. “Without them we would have not have grown into the successful business we are today.”
