ORLAND PARK, IL — Portions of roads in Orland Park are closed Thursday, after storms hit the area overnight.

Standing water has caused IDOT to close 143rd Street between Wolf and Will-Cook roads. Cook County has also closed Will-Cook Road from 151st to 159 streets, due to water overflowing from a nearby pond and Dr. Marsh wetlands, Village officials said Thursday.

The roads will reopen once they are deemed safe for motorists, officials said.
