Seasons 52 Fresh Grill And Wine Bar Set To Open In Orland Park

ORLAND PARK, IL â Fresh grill and wine bar Seasons 52 is set for its debut in Orland Park on Monday, Nov. 4. The restaurant, opening at 15610 South La Grange Rd., touts a menu focused on fresh ingredients and high quality produce.
Seasons 52 is known for its seasonally inspired dining 52 weeks a year, specializing in oak-fire grilling and brick-oven roasting cooking techniques with all dishes fewer than 595 calories, the restaurant said in a release. The menu changes with each season, using the best, in-season produce.
The restaurant is helmed by managing partner Sherard Holland, who originally started with Seasons 52 as a server 11 years ago and has earned his Level 2 Sommelier Certification. Holland is currently a manager at Seasons 52 in Oak Brook.

"I am elated about the opportunity to introduce the community to a fresh, seasonally inspired restaurant that provides guests with an exceptional dining experience through elevated service and hospitality," Holland said.

Menu items are handcrafted using 100 percent fresh, never frozen, whole produce and thoughtfully sourced meats and seafood, the restaurant said.

"These dishes encourage guests to feel good about their choices at every course without having to sacrifice flavor, with options including an assortment of flatbreads, such as pesto chicken and fresh mozzarella, as well as freshly prepared entrĂŠes, like cedar plank-roasted salmon, caramelized grilled sea scallops and wood-grilled filet Mignon," the release reads. Eight Mini Indulgence desserts offer the perfect amount to satisfy a sweet tooth, with selections including Belgian chocolate Sâmores and raspberry chocolate chip cannoli.

At opening, Seasons 52 will feature its Autumn Menu, with limited-time offerings such as Alaska âButter Fishâ, butternut squash soup, roasted mushroom flatbread, golden beet salad, and a pumpkin pie mini indulgence.
The wine bar pours from an award-winning list designed to complement the menu. Guests have the freedom to explore new styles with âDrink Them Before Theyâre Famousââ a collection of wines by the glass or bottle from up-and- coming producers. In addition, guests can enjoy seasonal rotating wine flights, currently highlighting Caymus wines. The wine bar also serves seasonal, artisanal cocktails made with fresh ingredients. Signature cocktails include Hawaiian pineapple cosmopolitan and cucumber basil smash, as well as autumn menu exclusives blood orange margarita and apple bourbon infusion. A lively "happy hour" offered Monday through Thursday from 3 to 6 p.m. features $6 glasses of wine, $7 cocktails and $12.50 wine and flatbread pairings.

Seasons 52 in Orland Park is located at 15610 South La Grange Rd. The new restaurant will be open daily for lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and dinner Monday through Saturday 3 to 10 p.m. and on Sundays from 3 to 9 p.m. Reservations are recommended, but not required. Private dining space is available for both seated and reception style events. In addition, Seasons 52 offers a Green Box at-home dining experience that serves four to six in a convenient takeout box.
