Furniture, Mattress Superstore Steinhafels Now Open In Orland Park

ORLAND PARK, IL — The newest addition to Orland Park's "Furniture Row" officially opened Monday, its leadership announced.

Steinhafels, touted as a furniture and mattress superstore, opened its sixth Chicagoland Furniture and Mattress Superstore in Orland Park, Illinois.

“Our goal is to become the market leader in furniture and mattresses in Wisconsin and Chicagoland," said Steinhafels President, Andrew Steinhafel. "Today, building upon the success of our stores in Vernon Hills, Crystal Lake, Downers Grove, Harwood Heights and Schaumburg. We are excited to announce that we have opened our newest Chicagoland furniture and mattress superstore in Orland Park."

The newly opened store is located at 203 Orland Park Place. The store is "a reimagined space," completely remodeled and combining a former Bed Bath and Beyond and Steinmart into a 100,000-sq. ft. furniture and mattress superstore with design center.

"Our new Orland Park Steinhafels is located right in the heart of Orland Park’s Furniture Row, across the street from Darvin, and near Ashley, Penny Mustard, Roomplace, Walter E Smithe and Bob’s Discount to name a few," said Steinhafels VP, Sales and Stores, Fred Schweinert. "We are confident that our Orland Park Steinhafels will deliver a furniture shopping experience unseen in this area."

In 2025, Steinhafels will also be opening its seventh Furniture and Mattress Superstore in Merrillville, Indiana.
