Missing Orland Park Man Found Safe: Police
Patrick Welch has been located, Orland Park Police said Tuesday morning.
ORLAND PARK, IL — A 70-year-old man with dementia reported missing on Monday has been found safe, police said.
Orland Park police said early Tuesday that Patrick Welch was found in Chicago "and is doing well."
Police thanked the community for spreading the world about Welch's disappearance.

A 70-year-old man who has dementia is missing from Orland Park, police said Monday afternoon. Patrick Welch was last seen on foot early Monday morning in the 14000 block of 95th Avenue.

Police said Welch is 6 feet tall and 130 pounds. He wears glasses and was last seen wearing gray/white pants and a long-sleeved plaid shirt. He did not have a phone with him.
