New Water Billing Software Coming December 15; Online Payment Unavailable During Switch

The Village of Orland Park’s Water Billing System is upgrading to a new software, expected to go live by Monday, December 15, 2025 at 5 p.m.
The new system will provide a more user-friendly experience and provide enhanced features! Residents should watch for a letter from the Village containing their new Account-Customer ID and additional details about the transition.
Important Dates for you to Remember:
- December 8 - 14
- Online payments are currently unavailable until December 15. In-person or mail-in payments will be accepted at Village Hall and drop box locations throughout the Village. These payments will be held in a queue to be processed after the new system is live on December 15. This brief period is necessary to transition from the old payment system to the new system.
- Due to the suspension of online payment capabilities while we implement the new software, late fees will not be assessed for any 12/15/25 due date billings.
- December 15 at 5 p.m.
- The Village’s new utility online payment center will be available. Be sure to register on this day! Information on setting up your new account will be made available on December 15.
