Obituary: Howard "Bill" Tuttle, 75, Beloved Husband, Father, Grandpa
A funeral Mass will be held Saturday, Nov. 12 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Orland Park.

Howard William (Bill) Tuttle, 75, devoted husband, best dad, greatest grandpa and fun-loving, wonderful friend passed away peacefully on Saturday, Oct. 15 at Burlington Memorial Hospital in Burlington, WI surrounded by his family.
Born September 27,1947 and raised in Chicago, he was the second son of Howard W and Julia (Sok) Tuttle. He attended Catholic schools and graduated from St. Ignatius High School in 1965. He attended Loyola University prior to enlisting in the US Army Reserves 1967-1973. He carried a strong work ethic into the transportation field, first in shipping then trucking until retiring from BTT/Maersk Chicago in 2004. His greatest joy came from spending time with his family and watching his grandchildren grow up.
He is survived by his children Kristina (Ken) Bellamy, Scott (Lindsay) Tuttle and Joe (Kelly) Tuttle; his grandchildren Connor French, Carolyne Bellamy, Grace and Ben Tuttle, and Hadley Rose Tuttle. He is also survived by his dear friend Shelley Holtman, her children Erin (Derek) Miller, Natalie and Katherine, Kyle (Laura) Holtman, Dylan Marie and Rhys; his brother Bob (Joyce) Tuttle, his brothers and sister-in-law Mike (Marianne) Iarrapino and Joe Leone along with three nephews and their families.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 36 years Antonette in 2017, his parents and his parents-in-law. His sense of humor and kind, loving heart will be missed by all who knew him.
There will be a funeral mass at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 15050 Wolf Rd, Orland Park, IL on Saturday, Nov. 12, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. with a visitation beginning at 10 a.m. until the time of the service. A private family burial in Good Shepherd Cemetery will take place at a later date.
