Orland Park Man Back In Jail For Having Sex With Minor: Sheriff
A Wendy's manager from Orland was arrested again for having sex with a 16-year-old employee. He has served time for a similar conviction.

ORLAND PARK, IL — An Orland Park man is back behind bars on new charges that he sexually assaulted a teenage girl. It is the second time Philip W. Buroff faces charges for criminal sexual conduct with a minor, the Will County Sheriff's Office said. He also is charged with storing child pornography on his phone.
Buroff, 25, was first convicted of having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a different minor in 2018. He was arrested last May on several counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse after he was accused of having sex with a 16-year-old employee of a Frankfort Wendy's restaurant that he managed. At the time, he said he knew the girl was 16. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail and three years' probation. He was released Feb. 28, 2019.
However, records show that 13 days later, he contacted another teenager with whom he also had an inappropriate relationship before his first arrest and conviction, the sheriff's office said. He is accused of sexually assaulting her three times before the first arrest with the other girl. The second accuser also was a Wendy's employee.
