Orland Park PD Hopes To Reunite Wandering Dog With Its Owners

Police said the dog was found wandering near 143rd Street by a passerby who brought the pup to the police in an effort to find its owner.

ORLAND PARK, IL — Orland Park Police are hoping to reunite a dog with its owners after the pup was found wandering around 143rd Street on Wednesday.

Police posted a photo of the dog on social media and said that the pup had been found by a person who brought the pup to the police station. Police said that the dog has a blue collar but that no chip could be detected.

The dog is currently at the Orland Park Police Department. Anyone with information about the dog’s owner is asked to call the department’s non-emergency phone number at (708) 349-4111.
