Orland Park Police Department Hiring Officers

ORLAND PARK, IL — The Orland Park Police department is hiring officers, at both experienced and entry-level positions.

To be eligible, candidates need to submit their application on the Village website no later than 5 p.m. on June 19, return their completed application by mail or dropped off by hand.

The position includes 11 floating holidays, four personal days, eight sick days and 10 vacation days after first year of employment, with five-day increases at five, 10 and 20 years. Salaries start at $65,830.56, increased to $82,288.20 after 6 months, and maxing out at 6 years of $109,795.65.

Candidates may either mail in the completed application, postmarked no later than June 19, 2023 or candidates may personally deliver their completed application in a sealed envelope by hand, delivered no later than 5 p.m. on June 19.
