Orland Park police are investigating a solicitation scam involving sticky notes left on cars.
ORLAND PARK, IL — Orland Park police are warning residents of a scam involving notes left on cars.
The Village on Tuesday said they're aware of solicitors leaving sticky notes on cars, with a note and number prompting residents to call. If found on their cars, residents are advised to disregard the prompt, and dispose of the sticky note.
The Police Department is currently investigating this matter and reminds residents to be vigilant when it comes to possible scams.
