Support Special Needs Education with Sandwiches on Thursday

Firehouse Subs in Orland Park will be supporting Palos Heights-based Elim Christian Services Thursday, by donating 15 percent of all sales between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.

A client from Elim works at Firehouse, which one of several reasons the local eatery decided to support them.

“The whole point is to treat everyone as equals, as human beings, with dignity and respect,” said William Vandebilt, co-owner of Firehouse Subs. “It’s about doing good for this organization that has interest in community.”

Firehouse Subs is at 15892 LaGrange Road in the Lakeview Shopping Center.
