Around the same time that Jones the two teens were caught, Kendall County Sheriff deputies conducted a traffic stop near the Walmart and arrested two 17-year-olds. One was from Aurora, and the other was from Montgomery. One teen was charged with alcohol possession and the other was charged with alcohol consumption.
A charge is merely an accusation of a crime and not a finding of guilt.
