Annual Toys For Tots Collection Kicks Off: Oswego

The Oswego Fire Dept. will co-sponsor the annual Toys For Tots Toy Drive between Nov. 21 and and Dec. 13 at all four Oswego fire stations.

OSWEGO, IL — The Oswego Fire Protection District is set to co-sponsor the local arm of the nationwide annual Toys for Tots toy drive. The yearly program, run by the US Marine Corps Reserve, collects and distributes toys to children whose parents or guardians otherwise can not afford to buy them. Besides the Fire District, this year's sponsors of the collection also include Oswego Public School District 308 and the Oswego Kiwanis Club.

All four Oswego fire stations will be collecting new and unwrapped toys between Nov. 21 and Dec. 13. The fire stations are located at the following addresses:
